Rental costs

We work on a no-cure, no-pay basis. We charge brokerage/agency fee equal to 1 month rent plus VAT (19% goverment tax, BTW).

With some listed properties we only charge contract costs of 275,- euro excluding VAT.

A tenant must have transfered the following funds to the acount of Mac Housing and the owner prior to check-in.

One month rent in advance

One or two months refundable deposit
