When you made your decision to rent a property, you have to provide us with information of your personal back ground;

After the letter of intent is signed by the tenant and we received the needed documents, we will contact the landlord for the negotiation. When the landlord agrees, we will drawn up the rental agreement and a check in appointment will be made.

At the check in Mac Housing Makelaars will take care of the inventary list. This inventary list ensures that there will be no misunderstandings during the check out between the landlord and tenant about the delivery at the end of the agreement.
